Feeling Overwhelmed!

Hello Class,
These past few weeks have been pretty hectic for me. Actually probably the most stressful 2 weeks in my entire life. Things are finally settling down and so I am now able to focus on my school work. Whew!

Some good news is that my 14 year old is doing his Eagle Scout project this week. He is paving two handicap ramps at a local park so that wheelchairs can use the walking track and have access to the picnic pavilion. We are so proud of this kid! Couldn't ask for a better son :)

On a sour note, (got to take the good with the bad) my in-laws dropped the bomb that they are looking to move to our town. Ugh. Then my husband told them the house next door to us is for sale. What is he trying to do to me???

Congrats on your son. It is a great accomplishment to be an Eagle scout.

I thought immediately of Everyone Loves Raymond. Hope your in-laws are not that bad!

  2. I am with you on the hectic school thing. I think that the farther I get into college, the harder it is getting. This could be a stupid question but is it supposed to get harder? LOL You sound like you have a wonderful son, what a great kid for helping out. I am actually pretty blessed with in laws from my hubbys side of the family. The pains are far enough away, I really only have to deal with them over the phone. I also agree with the professor, it does sound like Everyone Loves Raymond LOL. Hang in there, things always turn out ok.
